Smart4Power was awarded the Climate Control for Building Efficiency Retrofit Project of the Year. The prestigious award is often considered as the ‘Oscars’ of the HVAC industry, recognizing the leading players in the region. The event was held at the Roda Al Murooj Downtown Hotel, Dubai UAE .

Smart4power was recognized for the project signed with Innoventures Education group for the turn-key implementation of energy conservation measures at two schools (DIA & RWA). The accumulated annual savings, was just above 1 million AED, which exceeded by 20% the guaranteed savings and the school’s investment was paid back in only 1.7 years .It is expected Innooventures will achieve net savings of 7.3 million AED over the lifetime of the installed solutions.

The proposed solutions were mostly related to improving the HVAC system efficiency and were installed over a period of 3 months. Smart4Power has been controlling and monitoring the schools energy performance since then and reporting monthly the results to Innoventures management.
