The WTA comprises a preliminary assessment of the energy efficiency and consumption profile of the audited buildings and the elaboration of list of recommendations of energy and water saving initiatives with a high level estimation of potential savings and payback period.
The WTA is part of a larger agreement entered between Etihad Energy Service Company (Etihad ESCO) and Economic Zones World (EZW) to identify opportunities for the reduction of water and electricity usage across EZW’s commercial, residential and industrial facilities within Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) and other sites in Dubai.
