Challenges 

Queen Alia International Airport has appointed Smart4Power to implement energy conservation measures to improve the chiller plant at the airport. Smart4Power recommended doing a detailed study at the chiller plant to evaluate the feasibility of enhancing the chiller plant operation and to guarantee the savings that would be achieved with a minimum investment.

Solutions

Smarat4Power believed that there is a scope for improving the present utility plant manager and therefore the energy savings by adding the following additional features:

• Dynamic resetting of supply temperature
• Match chiller loading and maintaining equal loading in the running chillers
• Optimizing the supply of the hot water temperature
• Monitoring and Tracking the plant performance using KPI’s
