Smart4Power had signed energy performance contracts (shared-savings scheme) for the implementation of energy and water conservation measures at RAK Hospital, Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Dunes Apartments. Smart4Power carried out the upfront investment in the installed solutions and, in return, the clients will share a percentage of the savings with Smart4Power over a period of 5-6 years. All the solutions performance are controlled and monitored through Smart4Power Energy Management Center.
