Challenge 

Smart4Power and First Central have signed another agreement for the implementation of energy savings solutions at Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotel. The challenge was to ensure that all the guest were not disturb through this project. Wyndham can reduce their annual energy bill by 20%.

Solution

Smart4Power found the best solutions for Whydham that will ensure that they can reach their energy savings potential. These solutions are included below:

  • Install  a advanced chiller plant optimizer
  • Install a wet wall system
  • Install VFD on FAHU
  • Install VFD on the main Kitchen’s exhaust fan and make up air unit

The project comprises of the implementation, operation and maintenance of different energy conservation measures at Wyndham Dubai Marina for a period of 5 years
