Challenge

Lamprell had engaged with Smart4Power to assess the opportunities for reducing the energy consumption of their facilities. After going through the detailed energy audit process, S4P had identified a list of energy conservation measures (ECMs) for the 2 facilities at Hamriyah and Jebel Ali. The main Challenges and main focus areas is the air conditioning and HVAC Controls as well as the optimization of the production process and specially the compressed air system.

Solutions

After completing a detailed energy audit and identifying the most cost effective energy conservation measures, Smart4Power was appointed by Lamprell.

The energy conservation measures implemented at Lamprell  included the following:

• Air Conditioning
• Installation of HVAC controls
• Optimization of the compressed air system
