The contract comprises of Energy and Water Audits as well as a LEED EBOM Gap Analysis for four ENBD REIT Buildings. At the end of this exercise, Smart4Power will be able to identify and propose to ENBD REIT the most cost-effective energy conservation measures that can maximize the energy and water savings within a reasonable payback period as well as to obtain the LEED certification. The project will be conducted with the support of the existing FM company (Operon).
