The owner’s association in Liberty House located in Dubai International Finance Centre, has initiated an ambitious project to improve the Delta T of the building. As the building is served by District Cooling, operating on Low Delta T has lead to the owner’s association having to pay large sums as penalty. The owner’s association appointed a Facility management company and BMS vendor for completing the rectification. Smart4Power’s role is to ensure the project is completed as per the technical requirements of the contract and represent the client during meetings with the District Cooling provider and contractors.
