RDK Group has contracted with Smart4Power to implement a Building Management System (BMS) in Al Ketbi Hotel, which is located in Dubai Investments Park. Al Ketbi is a 5-Star Hotel with 254 rooms. The BMS system will allow S4P and the hotel to monitor and control the HVAC system and electrical equipment. This will enhance the building’s facility management and improve overall energy efficiency based on demand curves and time scheduling.
