Smart4Power completed its first energy audit in Saudi Arabia, the precedent being set with mall operator, Al Othaim Group. The mall, located in Riyadh, is one of the largest in the Kingdom with a total gross floor area of 130,000 square meters. The audit addressed the building’s HVAC, lighting, motors, and controls systems. Through the audit, a range of energy conservation measures were identified, which combined could cut the energy bill of the mall by SAR 2m (AED 1.96m) per year.
