Institute of Public Administration is an autonomous government agency which main goal is to enhance the education and efficiency of public employees. Its facilities, located in Riyadh, includes five buildings over a total GFA of 65,000 sqm.

Solutions

Our company in Saudi (ENGIE Energy Services Company) was appointed by the National Energy Services Company (Tarshid) to identify, design, implement and operate different energy saving measures (ESMs)over a period of 10 years under guaranteed-savings contract. The project scope comprised the following ESMs:

• Chiller Replacement, installation of VFDs for CWP, chiller plant manager
• AHU/ FCU Optimization with VFD and scheduling
• Lighting replacement
• Installation of occupancy based control for FCU and lighting control
• DX AC unit replacement with energy efficient DX AC unit & controls for package AC unit
• Exhaust fan control system
• Installation of energy efficient heat pump system & controls
• Energy Management System
