Smart4Power awarded project at First Central Hotel (The First Group) to conduct investment grade audit and implementation of no-capex energy conservation measures (ECMs). Smart4Power has reached an attractive agreement with the client whereby the cost of the audit and the cost of implementing the quick wins will be paid only through the actual savings. This is the second project with The First Group after the successful implementation of energy saving solutions at Metro Central.
